What's the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 50 boxes. For Diwali campaigns, we recommend placing orders for 100+ to get better pricing and ensure backup stock. The more you order, the lower the per-unit cost.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 12–14 business days after design approval. For Diwali 2026, we recommend placing orders before 15 September to guarantee on-time delivery. Rush options are available for select formats.
Do you offer design assistance?
Yes — every order includes a dedicated designer. You can share your brand guidelines or just your logo and brand colours. We'll create a full dieline design with 3D mockup for your approval, with unlimited revisions.
What finishing options are available?
We offer matte lamination, gloss lamination, soft-touch, gold/silver hot foil, embossing, debossing, spot UV, and ribbon pull. Premium finishes are available from MOQ 100 boxes.
Can you personalise individual boxes?
Yes. We offer variable data printing — each box can have a different name, message, or QR code. Popular for corporate gifting where every recipient gets a personalised experience.
Do you ship across India?
Absolutely. We ship to all major cities and tier-2/3 towns via our logistics partners. Orders are tracked and insured. We can also ship to multiple locations if you're distributing hampers regionally.
